1. Take Measurements
Remember to take measurements of height, width, and depth. We can cover walls, decorate stairways, create backdrops, drape ceilings, etc. Most importantly, we need measurements of the area you wish to be covered.
2. Take Photographs
Take pictures from different angles of your event space. This helps us figure out more or less what we can do in terms of design. It helps us figure out where we can put hooks (if required) or hang fabric for your event.
3. Talk with your event space manager
"Event space manager" can mean different things. Owner of a hall room, your brother's backyard, manager of a recreational space, etc. The space is not your own. Fees may apply based on a number of factors (ex. our team stair climbing with equipment). There are a couple of things we need to know before we can plan for your event:

Can we decorate a day before or only the day of the event?

Is there a time limit before/after the event?

Are there any elevators/stairs we have to take to get to the event space?

Do we need to pick up the same day as your event? (extra fee)

Can we pick up the next day?

Are we allowed to put hooks or similar equipment anywhere around the event space (if required)?

Are there any areas strictly off-limits from draping?
