Rental Policies
Reservations
Rental items and services are subject to availability.
Submitting an online cart, quote request, contact form, or consultation request does not reserve or hold inventory.
Reservations require confirmation by Azteca Party Rentals Inc. and completion of the required reservation process.
Payments
A retainer or payment may be required to confirm a reservation. Payment requirements depend on the order total and how close the reservation is made to the event date.
Payments and retainers associated with confirmed reservations are subject to the terms provided in the rental agreement.
Changes & Cancellations
Once a reservation has been confirmed, restrictions may apply to cancellations, item removals, quantity reductions, substitutions, event location changes, and other modifications.
Please contact our office as soon as possible if your event plans change.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup availability depends on the event location, order size, schedule, and accessibility of the property.
Delivery times are scheduled according to our routes and may occur before the event date when necessary.
Additional labor or service charges may apply for stairs, elevators, long walking distances, difficult access, restricted delivery windows, same-night pickups, or other conditions requiring additional time or labor.
Please provide accurate information regarding event-site access when requesting your quote.
Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown services are not automatically included with every rental.
Services that require professional installation will be identified in your quote. Setup or breakdown of other rental items is included only when specifically stated in your order.
Rental Items
Customers are responsible for rental items while they are in their possession.
Additional charges may apply for missing, lost, damaged, excessively soiled, improperly used, or otherwise unreturned rental equipment.
Please do not relocate professionally installed equipment without approval from Azteca Party Rentals Inc.

Tents & Weather
Outdoor events are subject to changing weather conditions. Certain rentals or installations may be modified, restricted, or unavailable when conditions could affect the safety of our customers, employees, equipment, or property.
Once tents or other weather-related equipment have been reserved for an event, applicable cancellation and modification terms remain subject to the rental agreement.
Event Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the event location, including available space, surfaces, stairs, elevators, access points, installation areas, and other conditions that may affect delivery or installation.
Measurements or site consultations may be required for certain custom installations.
