Dear Valued Clients,

As you know we are currently evaluating the pandemic of COVID-19 that has stricken our world and turned our lives upside down. We are taking the necessary precautions to increase our cleaning habits. We are actively monitoring and following the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and CDC, as well as the state and local health authorities of the communities that we serve. 

 

Most immediately, we have increased the frequency of the cleaning procedures we already have in place. After every rental has gone out, here at Azteca, we always clean every rental returned, wash every linen, and repackage our rentals to ensure each rental is ready and clean for the next client to use. We have increased cleaning procedures at high touch point areas in our office including door handles, seating areas and desks so our clients can feel safe and secure during our appointments. 

 

As the situation evolves, we understand social gatherings may be interrupted for the time-being until conditions are better. For our clients that have reservations and deposits down for events in the upcoming months, rest assured that we will help you postpone your event for a future time permitting it does not interfere with future reservations already in place. Please give us a call as soon as you want to postpone your event so we can schedule our time around.

 

We will also limit face-to-face time and begin using Facetime, Skype and/or other video conferencing tools to help you plan out your party for a future time. We know this pandemic has interfered with important dates such as birthdays, quinceaneras, fundraisers, weddings, etc. but here at Azteca, we want to ensure you still get that special day at a future time. 

 

We will continue to navigate this challenging situation one day at a time and determine how we can best continue giving our services through this difficult time. As a family in business for over 20 years, we appreciate your loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon.

Dear Valued Clients,

As our business continues to find new ways to incorporate celebrations during this time, we are now delivering backdrops & props for drive-thru photoshoots. We are accepting orders for small events but we do not encourage any clients nor their guests to break any guidelines their respective counties may have at the location of their events. At this time, our office hours are still closed and rental pick ups are not available at this time. As a reminder, here at Azteca, we have always prioritized cleaning and sanitizing every rental returned in order for it to be clean for our next client. We have also adapted contactless delivering and are strictly enforcing a 6 feet distance between our team and our clients. Deposits are still required to place orders and are nonrefundable. We will continue to help serve you with our expert advice on how to plan your next party through email, phone, or video chat.
